El Centro Hispano

El Futuro is a nonprofit outpatient clinic that provides immigrants comprehensive culturally-responsive mental health and substance use services for Latino families in a bilingual environment of healing and hope.

STD and HIV Testing Locations

North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services

The Department of Health and Human Services manages the delivery of health- and human-related services for all North Carolinians, especially our most vulnerable citizens – children, elderly, disabled and low-income families.

Orange Country Health Department (free STD and HIV testing available)

Anonymous and Confidential HIV Testing services are available to inform individuals about their HIV status. For a list of HIV testing sites funded or supported by the County of Orange, please see below. Please contact an agency listed below for testing hours and additional information, including cost for testing.

Durham Country Health Department (free STD and HIV testing available)

The Durham Country  Health Department routinely tests for: HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia. Both services in clinic 6 offer testing of vaginal, penile,throat and rectal samples. Results are available in about 7 business days. Find out how to get test results below.
